1.
If a cancellation of your booking is required, we must receive
a minimum 24 hours
notice prior to your pickup time, otherwise
the full fare must be paid and subsequent refunds will not be
given.
2.
All return bookings (pickups from the Central Railway) must be
prepaid either on your date of departure from Sydney or via a
credit card transaction over the phone, on an email or via a fax.
An additional transaction fee will apply if using a credit
card. Due to our current privacy and security policies we are
unable to accept payment via cheque, money order or deposited
funds.
3.
Refunds will only occur in the instance where your scheduled train
arrival time into Sydney is delayed to a time that does not suitably
connect with our scheduled bus departure times. If your train
arrives delayed into Sydney, at your first available convenience
when you disembark, phone us so that we may inform you of the
next available bus departing Central Railway Station. If this
time does not suit, we can then refund your prepaid return transfer
so you can make an alternative arrangement home.
4.
Our buses run to a timetable and our drivers, by law, must adhere
to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed train arrives
at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus
departure times, we are under no obligation to provide you with
a pickup at a time that is outside our scheduled operating hours.
5.
