Our Transfer Service & Schedules :
We
operate a shared shuttle bus service whereby
you travel on our bus to the Sydney Airport, Cruise Ship, Central
Railway or Airport Hotel with other like minded passengers who
are picked up from consecutive suburbs. We also operate
a return service whereby you are picked up from the Sydney Airport,
Cruise Ship, Central Railway or Airport Hotel along with other
passengers who are dropped off in consecutive
suburbs.
We always ensure our shuttle bus Runs are as direct as
possible so as to minimise the amount of time passengers spend
traveling to and from their address and the destination.
We operate Transfers five (5) days
a week from Monday to Friday inclusive. We do not operate
our service on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Our
first shuttle bus for the day can arrive at the airport as early
as 6.30am (06:30hrs) and our last bus for the day can depart the
airport as late as 7.30pm (19:30hrs) - these
are our scheduled hours of operation. We can operate up to 8 Runs
a day.
We do not operate to a fixed timetable.
Our Transfers operate on passenger demand and they are formed
around bookings received on a "First In, First Served" basis. This means that the first booking received for each
day creates a single Run to the airport and, as further bookings
are received, additional Runs are provided. We
therefore strongly advise you to book with us as early as you
possibly can to give yourself the best chance of booking your
seats on the bus at the time/s you require. We accept bookings
up to three (3) months in advance of the current month we are
in. We cannot guarantee
the availability of seats at any time until your booking is confirmed.

A Booking With Us :
There are a number
of different ways you can make a booking with us. The best way
is to submit an Online
Enquiry & Booking Form from this website by clicking on the link in the menu above. You
can also send us an email or contact us via telephone.
Bookings are essential
and we recommend you book as early as you possibly can prior to
your date of travel. We can accept bookings up to three (3) months
in advance of the current month we are in. We cannot guarantee
the availability of seats at any time until your booking is confirmed.
If you are traveling
in school or public holiday periods, book as early as possible
to avoid disappointment as seats do fill very quickly during these
times.
When making a booking you will be
required to provide all relevant passenger details. These include
passenger surname and first name, contact phone numbers, pickup
and/or drop-off addresses, flight departure and/or arrival times
and associated flight numbers and any additional requirements
e.g. allocation for excess baggage, surfboards, golf clubs, snows
skis, bicycles, as well as the use of baby seats and capsules.
When you have made a confirmed booking
with us we will telephone you the evening prior your departure
from Sydney to double check all details and confirm your exact
pickup time. Your exact pickup time can differ up to 15 minutes
from the approximate pickup time that we provide you with when
your original booking is made. This is to ensure that the bus
you are booked on arrives at your destination at the agreed time,
whilst allowing for the pickup of other passengers en-route.

We do not operate our service
on Saturdays or Sundays. The following dates
are also when our service will not be operating.
