1. If a cancellation of your booking is required, we must receive
a minimum 24 hours
notice prior to your pickup time, otherwise
the full fare must be paid and subsequent refunds will not be
given.
2. All return bookings (pickups from the airport) must be prepaid
either on your date of departure from Sydney Airport or via a
credit card transaction over the phone, on an email or via a fax.
An additional transaction fee will apply if using a credit
card. Due to current privacy and security policies we are unable
to accept payment via cheque, money order or deposited funds.
3. Refunds will only occur in the instance where your scheduled flight
arrival time into Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that does
not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times. If
your flight into Sydney Airport is delayed or cancelled, at your
first available convenience when you land, phone us so that we
may inform you of the next available bus departing the airport.
If this time does not suit, we can then refund your prepaid return
transfer so you can make an alternative arrangement home.
4. Our buses run to a timetable and our drivers, by law, must adhere
to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight
arrives at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled
bus departure times, we are under no obligation to provide you
with a pickup at a time that is outside our scheduled operating
hours.
5. North Shore Airport Service is not liable for and accepts no responsibility
for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic and
traffic accidents. Every effort is made to match arrival times
with other passengers, however sometimes a short wait is unavoidable
6. Due to the constant variables in motor vehicle traffic and airline
punctuality, North Shore Airport Service cannot guarantee our
buses will operate to the exact times that passengers are booked
in for. We also cannot guarantee the availability of seats hence,
vacancies may not always be available at the time/s you require
to travel until your booking is confirmed.
7. North Shore Airport Service is not a common carrier and is not
