W ith over 11 years of in-depth knowledge and experience, North Shore Airport Service proudly continues to provide and maintain an exceptionally reliable, efficient, affordable & convenient Door to Door Shuttle Bus Service to and from most suburbs on Sydneys’ North Shore.

We operate a shared shuttle bus service whereby you travel on our bus to the Airport, Hotel, Cruise Ship or Central Railway with other like minded passengers who are picked up from consecutive suburbs. We also operate a return service whereby you are picked up from the Airport, Hotel, Cruise Ship or Central Railway along with other passengers who are dropped off in consecutive suburbs.

We cater for both single passengers and couples, and we’re ideal for large families and groups. We are also equipped to transport your children with baby capsules, baby seats and booster seats, as required by law.

Our Transfer Service & Schedules

We operate a shared shuttle bus service whereby you travel on our bus to the Sydney Airport, Cruise Ship, Central Railway or Airport Hotel with other like minded passengers who are picked up from consecutive suburbs. We also operate a return service whereby you are picked up from the Sydney Airport, Cruise Ship, Central Railway or Airport Hotel along with other passengers who are dropped off in consecutive suburbs.

We always ensure our shuttle bus Runs are as direct as possible so as to minimise the amount of time passengers spend traveling to and from their address and the destination.

*Please note all Arriving Transfers are required to be prepaid either to your driver on your date of departure from Sydney with cash or Visa or MasterCard credit card OR by providing your Visa or MasterCard credit card details over the phone or via an email at the time you confirm your booking. All Arriving Transfer fares are inclusive of the $5.00 airport parking toll. For all Departing Transfers payment is made to the driver on the day of departure with either cash or Visa or Mastercard credit card.

*Please note that an additional surcharge applies to all credit card transactions – see below for details. Due to our security policies we are unable to accept payments via cheque, money order or deposited funds.

A sliding scale surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

  • From $1 up to $180 an additional $4 surcharge applies.
  • From $181 up to $250 an additional $6 surcharge applies.
  • From $251 up to $300 an additional $7 surcharge applies.
  • From $301 up to $350 an additional $8 surchage applies.
  • From $351 up to $400 an additional $9 surcharge applies.
  • From $401 onwards the surcharge will be advised prior to payment.

    • Please note if you require a transfer to or from more than one address, an additional $20.00 charge will apply for each additional address. All bookings of eight (8) of more passengers MUST be prepaid in full at the time your booking is confirmed. Payment is made with Visa or Mastercard credit card ONLY via phone or email.

    Please note additional charges do apply for transporting the following items. When making a booking please ensure you inform our staff if you are taking any of these items as an allowance for extra luggage space will be required.

  • Surfboards: $10 per board bag
  • Golf Clubs: $5 per set
  • Snow Skis/Boards: $10 per ski/board bag
  • Bicycles (in box): $20 per bike box
  • #Excess Baggage: $5 per additional item

    • #Excess Baggage is any amount over our Standard Baggage Allowance. Our Standard Baggage Allowance is classified as follows:

    International Travel – each passenger having not more than one (1) large checked-in bag, one (1) small checked-in bag and one (1) carry-on bag only. Anything additional to this allowance will be classified as Excess Baggage.

    Domestic Travel – each passenger having not more than one (1) large checked-in bag and one (1) carry-on bag only. Anything additional to this allowance will be classified as Excess Baggage.
